WCOAP Event Entry / Guarantee Your Seat

Players are able to "RESERVE A SEAT" for WCOAP 2016 individual events via the APAT Eventbrite facility HERE, which will close on 17 Mar at 20:00.

Clarification on the APAT Eventbrite facility is available HERE.  ALL players who reserve a seat via the APAT Eventbrite facility must register in person, and pay the FULL buy-in, at the venue poker room cash desk before the event advertised start time - failure to do so means you will not be entered into the event and you will lose the reserved seat which will immediately be re-allocated. 

Players are able to buy-in in advance for individual events via the APAT/Coral ONLINE HOLDING TANKS - these will close on 1 Mar at 12:00 noon to allow time for the buyins to be transferred from Coral to the venue.

ON THE DAY:   Players can buy-in at the venue for available seats on a first-come-first-served basis.

For those who wish to guarantee themselves a seat in advance, the online holding tanks will remain open until 1st March where you can pay the full buyin in advance to do so.

For those who wish to reserve a seat the APAT Eventbrite facility will remain open until 17th March.

Having been asked by numerous members to have a little more flexibility built into the Eventbrite Reserve A Seat facility, we"re pleased to confirm that we have extended every event to close at midnight immediately prior to start time.

So for Day 1 on Saturday, players can Reserve A Seat in any of that day"s 3 events up until midnight on Friday/Saturday etc (so long as seats remain available...).

ON THE DAY   Players can buy-in at the venue for available seats on a first-come-first-served basis.
