There are now satellites in the lobby that can be played to either qualify for Newcastle or start building up tokens for future events or a shot at Las Vegas. The Newcastle holding tank is also in the lobby. Daily Step 2 at 7pm, with Step 3 on Sunday and Thursday at 8pm.

We are in the process of aligning our early satellite schedule wth Grosvenor Live, so a full satellite schedule should be out shortly after the Newcastle event.

You can also play the satellites with your KP"s

Step 2 (£5) = 182 KP"s

Step 3 (£30) = 1095 KP"s

I believe the switch to Microgaming requires opening a new account.  I"m not sure if Grosvenor had a migration plan in place for their existing customers.

When I signed up, it was linked to my Grosvenor Casino Live Membership and then I set up a new alias online.

If you win a ticket in Step Two and progress to Step 3, is there any time limit to play your Step 3 game? Or will your ticket just remain in your account, until you can play your game?

It will remain there.  We will put an expiry date on tickets, but it"s going to be 6 months minimum for the APAT tickets and more likely 12 months.

The Step 1"s and 2"s will shortly be part of the standard Grosvenor Live steps, and they may have a slightly shorter expiry date, but I"ll discuss that with Grosvenor and report back.

Having a rethink on the length of expiration.  The last thing we want is for players tickets to go unused, so am going to see what is a sensible length of time for then to last (potentially open ended), but need to clarify what is possible.

Thanks to those that messaged me :)
