Players are dealt 4 cards each and a round of pre-flop betting, Pot Limit, will take place.  

Once the Flop is dealt betting will be No Limit thereafter, and AFTER the first round of No Limit betting each player will muck 2 cards each - so immediately before the Turn is dealt.  

So, betting pre-flop is Pot Limit, and post-flop is No Limit.  

Players use ANY 5 cards to win a pot.
