I"ve just booked a king size room at the Days Hotel - Fri, Sat & Sun. Looking forward to a great weekend.

Where"s everyone else stopping?

Days Inn (Saturday night).

I figure whatever happens Saturday I won"t be fit to drive home. I"ll either be completely cream-crackered from 11 or so hours of poker or, as seems more likely, plastered from drowning my sorrows at yet another dinner-time exit.

If I make it to Monday, Luton is only about an hour"s drive for me, so no problem in getting back.

I am travelling down on Saturday and back again to Wakefield, its about 2.15 / 2.30 drive. I figured that if I am out early (odds on) then I can go home, or if I do get through to play on Monday (100 / 1) yes it will be late getting back but I will be that giddy it will not feel like it

Nosey_p you swine.

I had resigned myself to not playing but i saw your post and thought sod it.

Arranged to work down in Reading the week before and stop over Friday night (on expenses haha)

Then nip to Luton on the Saturday. Like you, if i happen to make it though to Monday i shall just drive there and back from Cheshire. Heres hoping i make the money to pay for the petrol!!

I am staying at the Stockwood Inn, which is half a mile away.

Booked the Saturday and the Sunday. Going to come down rail some of the APAT"ers.....£50 per room per night..... Ouch...

How much was the Days Inn and Thistle?

Days Inn was £65 direct but I think you can knock a fiver off if you look around
Thistle was c£55 when I looked but was a little further away.

I don"t think the hotel will allow a £500 bar bill Mickey
