Steve 'Smiter' Smith started Day 2 with 48,500 chips and he finds himself shoving his stack after 30 minutes of play with
Blinds 1500/3000 - holding Qh 8h - Mairko Willsch makes the call with Ad Qs and despite the Flop of 9h 10d 3s, and Turn 7d giving Steve some more hope, the River 5d keeps Mairko ahead and Steve is eliminated

Lise Wettavik on 48,500 is AIPF against Remo Divito who has Lise covered

Lise Ac 2h and Remo Ad Kc

Flop Jh 5s 10s with Turn 2c putting Lise ahead and she stays ahead with 3s River for a Double Up

--------

At the same time, over on Table 5 we have another Double Up

Gerard Keenan is All In on the Turn 10d 9s 7d 2c

Valfer Affatato makes the call holding 9c 8s with mid pair and an open-ended straight draw, but Gerard tables Ad Ac and the River 10s doubles his stack

Plenty of action so far - 15 minutes into the 2nd level of Day 2 with Blinds 2000/4000 and down to 49/338 players remaining...

Rusen Mat has 10k and it's All In on a Board 9s 10s 6d with Rusen holding Jd 9c - Rolf Bechstrom makes the call with Jh 10h and the Board runs out 5d Js to knock Rusen out

Rolf then makes the call when Mario Scholz is AIPF - Rolf ahead with Ad 9h to Mario's Kc 9d with no help on the Board and Mario departs

Meanwhile Andy Hall gets a Double Up of his short stack from 30k to 60k ish when he shoves with 4c 4d and Pip Arthur makes the call holding Qs Qd..... 4h in the window is enough...

And Ken McBride is involved in action as well - he raises and re-raises AIPF holding QQ only to run into AA of Joseph Drummy and Ken hits the rail

Kev Simpson raises pre-flop and Frank Stockhaus makes the call - Flop 7d 2s 6d and it's checked to the Qd Turn

Frank calls the 10k bet of Kev to see a River 5d

Kev bets 25k only to see Frank shove over the top All In and at risk if Kev calls - which of course he does holding Ad 9d for the Nut Flush - Frank shows Kd 10d... oooouch

Rolf Bechstrom sees more action - this time he makes the call to the AIPF of Jonathen Cullagh - Kev Simpson tank folds showing Jh Js

Rolf Ac Qs and Jonathen 4s 4c - Qc comes on the Flop and Rolf stays ahead to knock out Jonathen

Elsewhere, Di Farrell gets involved when All In UTG holding Ac Js - Craig Simpson finds Ad Kh so makes the call and is at risk - Di doesn't improve and is reduced to circa 10k - Craig increases his stack to circa 110k

Di Farrell came into Day 2 with 80,500 chips, just below average stack...

With QQ on the Button she gets a call from Craig Simpson holding A6 for the extra 6k and holds and increases to over 25k

Down to 8k she finds Ah Jh and gets a Triple Up when it holds against the Qc 8d of Ste Craik and the Jc 10s of Scott Berridge (checked down)

In the BB Di is All In for 5k and is called by Remo Divito and Lise Wettavick on the Button - Js Kc Qh 8c 9h and Remo shows A s 7d - Lise 9c Jd and Di departs just before the 1st break with 41 remaining

Andy Hall only sees the A s in his hand but that is enough and he moves his stack, around 25k across the line.

With blinds at 4k/8k/8k the big blind, Tomas Lind, makes the call holding 3c 4c

The flop is Kd Qh 4s Andy goes behind and is at risk

10d turn

Js river - Andy backs into Broadway! His second card is irrelevant and he doubles to just over 60k.

Jacob Dideriksen ships in the small blind for around 70k

Gary Miller, in the big blind, wakes up with Ad A s and snap calls.

Jacob has 9c 8c but has Gary covered.

9d 2c 6c

Great flop for Jacob but he is still behind

4h turn

9h river - the entire table, including Jacob, groans and Gary is sent to the rail.

Trifon Pappas moves his stack across the line from under the gun.

It folds to Lise in the big blind "If I have Aces, I have to call..."
She looks at her cards and groans then asks "How much is it?" - 95k

She makes the call and shows Ac Kh
Trifon looks defeated and taps the table as he turns over Ah 10d he is behind and at risk.

Jc 7c 3c 5d 5c

Lise sends Trifon to the rail and we are now on the bubble and hand for hand.

Allan Aasterud departs in 34th for €150 and Thomas Lind and Pip Arthur are AIPF - Pip at risk with 49k but his 10s 10h holds against Ad 5h and Pip Doubles Up - Soon after Thomas Lind raises with A9 and Andy Hall makes the call with 10h 8h - Flop is A 8 10 rainbow and Andy ships - Thomas calls and 9 on Turn and A on river eliminates Andy in 33rd for €150
