Someone's O had to go as two repeat near-missers went head-to-head to find out who was the worst at closing it out. Strelitz and Shorr had multiple previous 2nd and 3rd places, but no bracelets and, in the end, Shorr kept his record intact and his display cabinet tidy. "All my friends have bracelets, so they've been needling me about the Bracelet Winners Event this year" humblebragged Strelitz afterwards.
Shorr again put Dave top of the tree and is proving to be an inspired pick, so no doubt Dave is looking forward to several more 2nd and 3rd places before the Series ends. Chris and Stuart have Imsirovic, who is finally eligible for Richard's team too, having been subbed in before the start of Event 10, while Rob scored with Maria Ho.
Edit: Simon picked Strelitz, but fell victim to the old Daniel/Dan lookup malfunction, so he gets all the belated points, kudos and plaudits for our second bacelet this year but, like an Olympic silver medal winner who is later upgraded due to a drugs disqualification, there will always be something missing. However, while Simon may have been robbed of the opportunity to wear his national flag on his back on a virtual lap of honour, he will go down in the record books as a 25 point scorer.
