European Team Championship - Match Draw

The match draw for the European Amateur Team Championship follows below.

Captains will be asked to submit a selection card for each match, listing their players, as per the following England example:

2.30pm STT - "Bob Malin 1", "Simon Auckland 2", "Linda Iwaniak 3" and "Steve Stringer 4".  

The number in this example refers to the table number that each player will compete at. 

The selection card for the 2.30pm Short Table match will need to be communicated to APAT from Captains, by Wednesday at 9pm. 

All other selection cards will need to be communicated to APAT at least 15 minutes before each match is set to start.  This will enable Captains to utilise information from previous matches, prior to confirming their plans.

Scoring

Matches 1 to 8

Points will be allocated as follows: 5 points for 1st place, down to 1 point for 5th place in each of the 8 Single Tournament matches.

Matches 9 to 16

Points will be allocated as follows:  2 points for each heads up match win.
