Erm, I spent it
I put a lot of the £19.6k (£27k in today"s money :"( )to my mortgage, paid off my wife"s car loan, done some home improvements and kept £3k as a Poker bankroll. After some bad beats and bad plays I"ve turned myself away from Online Poker for the best part of the last 6 months.
I"m around £650 down since this win which includes losing £400 on the tables during a Poker Weekend in Paris and another £100 in Dublin at APAT's Irish National.
You can read more about it on my Blog at
www.lukybugur.blogspot.com
(I removed the link from my footer as I haven"t updated it since October).
Cheers for asking Max

It was originally. After three weeks of zero correspondence, I got a call telling me that the person dealing with it was in Australia overseeing their VIPs and Sponsored Pros in the Aussie Millions and it could take another three weeks for her to get back to me. A couple of days after this call I was asked if I would accept $40,000 Cash rather than the $45,000 Prize. I accepted.
