Club Captain

I am pleased to announce that the captain for the Brighton Poker Club for the season will be Alan Steer.

Alan has been a huge supporter of APAT from the off and plays and supports poker in the Sussex area.  The photo is of Alan at the Grosvenor in Brighton (A bit blurry, but I took it so what do you expect), just to prove he is local.   ;D

I"m sure Alan will use all his forum contacts to help build a strong club for Brighton for the season.

Many thanks,

Leigh

It has the makings of a strong club.

Unlucky tonight Eddie.  I watched your exit hand.  Very difficult to get away from the pocket pair, even on the bubble.  Anyone other than the chipleader and I doubt you would have got a caller.  wp

Cheers Leigh

Maybe if I played it again I"d fold, what with being on the bubble ::).

Guess I"ll buyin to Saturdays Event now. All good practice for the league season though.

Hi Alan

Which side event you looking to play? I hope to play in a couple of the evening games, depends on work next week!

I"ve mentioned Team Brighton to a few guys that come to my game at the footie club on Sundays and Wednesdays. Hopefully might get a few from that.
