I THINK IT"S A GREAT IDEA.....(or the cynical amongst think it will "promote" collusion)  Though personally I think this just wouldn"t happen in a APAT event,

Excellent idea - I have been considering ways to ID team members myself.  As regards collusion - if (and I doubt there are any such types) people intend to collude then this wont stop them.  Any soft play should be reported and those involved shamed.
