Are the regional APAt tournaments going to be open to non-APAt members?It seems the most practical way of selling tickets to these is at the venue on a first come first serve basis (ie like most of them), but if this did happen then how could they know who was a member and who wasn"t?
How do the casinos know who"s a member?
