Couldn"t make Luton , so looking forward to this next one.

From the amount of work you all put in, my guess to check back in a couple of weeks....

I was absolutely done in yesterday and slept for a record amount of hours, so God knows how you 3 felt...

I was the idiot who went out 1st in luton and I"m eager to show people that I can actually play poker! >:(

Does anyone know when the world championship will be, and where they are likely to be. Are they going to be at the vic?

could it be a 2 day event at more than one casino (possiblly3)with everyone meeting up to play the final day in one casino (bit like the wsope) somewhere possibly in the northwest of england

either that or start online possibly on bluesq then bluesq pay all expenses for the final 9/18 to a location possibly vegas but more likely butlins to play a TV FT


or my favourite a cruise round the orkneys

The "BlueSquare/APAT Orkney Cruise Classic". That would be a great summer addition to the tour.

Wayne, not quite on the pay-roll mate, and no, I"m afraid I have no inside information.

If such information had been passed to me I"m pretty sure I would have been sworn to secrecy anyway.

Hmm, the "BlueSquare/APAT Manchester Ship Canal Classic" ? Just doesn"t have that "ring" to it does it ?   :D

Forget about poker cruises - what about the World Championship on a poker flight? :)

What was the name of those new super jumbos? I"m sure Grosvenor could stretch to one of those for APAt :)

How about ..ALL players that have scored ranking points this season..are auto entry and are invited to play in the World Champs..  A kind of thanks for the support all those have given to the APAT????

To be played at regional events til the final 9 players...who all met up for a Grand final of 36 players (4 regions) until the World Champ is announced.

A possibilty for players outside UK to play online to qualify (Final 9)for the Grand Final.....?

a) Tournament " with a difference"   (45 players in Grand Final - typical of Day 2 APAT event- ish)
b) Great to " test " the regional structure
c) As is A World Championship event...takesinto account the players outside of UK

...Or do i think too much.....

It should be in Vegas between the 14 and 25th of september.. but not on the 19th don"t think the wife to be would give me a pass that day :P
