Just like to run you through my snow day. Left home in a blizzard, destination Leeds Bradford airport, got there to be told by the Car park bus driver that nothing would be leaving today. Got into the terminal to find that my flight was checking in, great news! Got to the front of the queue, and extracted my passport from my inside pocket, opened it up to give to the check in girl, to see my 15 year old son staring back up at me!! Doh.
Flight re scheduled from Manchester at 2 oclock, set off back home to pick up my passport, and then high tailed it towards Manchester in a blizzard. Parked up in the long stay, and received a call to say that I hadn"t managed to get on the 2 oclock, but had been booked on for the 7.30pm.
Okay, so set up base in the Radisson lobby, and played a bit of cash on BSQ ( and was winning) when they cut off my wi fi

At this point I spotted they had a gym, so had a great 2 hour workout, my winnings paid for the gym usage.
Time to check in now, no probs, through to departure, played another hour of cash ( won again, against a really obnoxiuos guy, why are people like that?). Then with 5 minutes to boarding, the flight got put back another hour. After a further half hour wait, you"ve guessed it, Flight Cancelled, Dublin is snow bound! :"(
So after another half hour re collecting my baggage, I set off home at 9.30pm in a chuffin blizzard!!
