I have had a conversation with our networks regarding this issue, They have informed me that over the last few days they have carried out software updates on the TalkTalk/AOL servers They are currently still testing to ensure the fault is fully resolved, but after initial tests, they believe the upgrade to be successful, can you confirm this is the case from your side. If issues are continuing I am happy to pass the problem back to the network as an example.
