Just upgraded to HD earlier this week, tracked my order this morning online and the latest update was "Your order should be complete in around three months".  

Demand was always likely to outstrip supply but don"t think it should be as bad as that. we have ramped up staffing in the call centre"s to deal with people in the queue"s as there is likely to be a lot of customers like you who want to know when they get their HD box. But you should have been told this in the registration process that their will be a wait and we will call you when the install can be done.

Getting a bit better, latest update on my account reads
"We expect you should be able to complete your order in 7 to 12 weeks."
Anyone doing any better?
