1 - WHO ARE YOU?

Suzanne Hayward

2 - POST A PICTURE OF YOURSELF OR A LINK TO ONE (APAT OR OTHER)

3 - WHERE DO YOU COME FROM?

Originally Born and Bred in Edinburgh though I have lived in Bath for the last 20 years

4 - TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF?

I am a single parent of 3 wonderful kids and will be a granny in the summer :-)

5 - WHAT IS YOUR POKER BACKGROUND?

Started playing poker online for play chips many years ago and progress onto "real money", often wished I hadnt but its been a fun journey.

6 - WHAT IS YOUR PLAYING STYLE?

That would be telling ;-)

7 - WHO IS YOUR FAVOURITE POKER PLAYER AND WHY?

I cant say I have a favorite pro player but I have quite a few that I have met and admire...it would be rude to name just one.

8 - WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE ONLINE POKER SITE AND WHAT IS YOUR POKER ID THERE?

Blondepoker - b3029883693403276
Blue Square - suzy666

9 - WHAT ARE YOUR POKER ACHIEVEMENTS?

Not many...5/103 in a Betfred Ladies event (and outlasted Lucy Rokash who was also on the FT) and 10th in APAT at the Vic last year bubbling the final table

10 - WHAT DO YOU DISLIKE ABOUT LIVE POKER CURRENTLY, THAT YOU WOULD CHANGE?

Whats to dislike? I dont play live very often and only play well structured tournaments like APAT or my local monthly meetup game, both are fun and friendly as poker should be.

11 - HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT APAT?

A very long and debated thread on Blondepoker forum.

12 -WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ABOUT APAT TOURNAMENTS, STANDARD OF PLAY AND STRUCTURE?

I find the standard of play to be very good, the tournaments are a joy to play as they are so friendly (maybe too friendly as I keep showing my cards which is a no no) and the stucture is excellent. Im not too keen on the payout and would prefer it to be a bit more laddered but as we all know before we play what the payout is we cant complain

13 - HAVE YOU PLAYED AT AN APAT LIVE EVENT AND IF SO, WHAT WAS MOST MEMORABLE ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE?

Yes, I have played 2 events. 1. Getting so close to the final table in the first event and 2. Managing get Steve Redfern to fold a hand as he could not read me :-)

14 - WHAT ARE YOUR MAIN INTERESTS OUTSIDE OF POKER?

Kids first...Poker second...not enough hours in the day for anything else.

15 - WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE BOOK OR FILM?

Argos

16 - WHAT THREE MUSIC ALBUMS WOULD YOU TAKE TO A DESERT ISLAND WITH YOU?

Mmmm tricky one.. I would probably try to cheat and take
Rod Stewart..American Songbook (4cds)
UB40s Greatest Hits (2cds) and
George Michael - Ladies and Gentlemen (2cds) :-)

17 - FINALLY, WHAT MESSAGE WOULD YOU LIKE TO LEAVE FOR YOUR FELLOW APAT MEMBERS?

If you havent played a live event yet then ...DO IT!!!

I think it"s a woman thing.

A friend of mine was admitted to hospital a few years ago with appendicitis. He asked his wife to bring him something to read when she visited him, and she turned up with an Argos catalogue.  :D
