not had a proper look at this and my record in the national is quite shocking (due to me always going for value bets)
i really like the look of 2 of nigel twiston davies". battlecry might just have the class to win this and knowhere, which i backed last year was going really well when unseating last year and is a fantastic price at 66-1

i think state of play will be my main bet though.

mind you after my cheltenham picks pls everyone ignore this post! ;D

Mighty Man is the value in the Aintree 2.00.

I backed Big Bucks for Cheltenham win ... but plenty short at about 4/5.

Mighty Man just over 5/1 at the moment.

I have foolishly booked a dentist"s appointment for the off time ... I wonder if he will but the radio on>>>???

... bad fall for Denman ... though in truth Madison Du Berlais the better horse on the day ... a massive 12/1 ... franking the Hennessey form ... mmm.

3.45pm a massive pin pickers race ... for what it is worth I have small bets on.

Distant Thunder
Christy Beamish
Jurado Express

I like Nina Carberry so went with a wee e/w on Where Now and couldn"t get Jurado Express outta me head, so went with a wee e/w there too.  First bets of the day for me.
