WCOAP seat (done)

Des Simon Longley can no longer attend and has sold his seat to Lee Smith. Could you please make it official, ty.

I"ve been concentrating on the main website over the weekend so I haven"t checked emails yet.  Once I see Simon"s email I"ll amend the list.
