Are ya fitter yet?  Was considering a purchase, but will let you be the case study first.

Sitting in deep stacks is your exercise -- well done on last night by the way

It is good fun ... and at the margin it gets you off you ass ... but I doubt it would get you fit.

Yoga stuff also kills you ...

So very good for centre of gravity and balance stuff.

Not tried it when drunk yet.

I think it gets you fit, the step programme near killed me when I started doing it, but I deffo feel much fitter and the pounds are coming off.  Love the Ski Jumping, and some of them are really funny to do and has the kids in fits of giggles.

Time for my weigh in ...

Wii is cool. Would keep you fit if you actually used it regularly. Last time I stepped on it it said "Hi Colin, its been 108 days since your last session". :D

Best bit is when you do the body test and it provides your Wii age. Mine is 48. :o Anyone else have a Wii age they are prepared to post?

Mine was four years younger - just 28. I"m a "Yoga Master" apparently. Good balance, but it took me a good few attempts to get coordinated with the avoid the football boots and stepping in time.

I"m still a chunky monkey tho (ours was bought a year ago and has been used only ... 5 maybe 6 times in total)

The Wii age is all over the place m range so far 32-54 ...

Just unlocked the Advanced Step Aerobics ... pretty tough ...

Also 10 mins of Hula Hooping ... might save that one!

Six mins - just pretty tough at full speed.

I might take on the ten mins this evening!

There is a free style step mode - which would let you play poker at the same time! (Mmmmm!)

It"s a great product, and although bought with the best of intentions around improving fitness...... it"s best use proves to be after dinner parties and many bottles of wine. Watching someone try and float their ball up the creek when struggling to stand up is a right laugh.
