dusk till dawn

I have just read an article in julys issue of Inside Poker stating that due to vat problems  DUSK till DAWN may have to close,,i hope this is not the case as i am looking forward to paying a visit,,everyone i know who has been there has raved about the place,,,,,,also i hope this wont affect the apat world champs ????
