Weasel Coffee
« on: June 03, 2009, 21:01:19 PM »
Certainly one of the weirdest things I have drunk!

"This Coffee is first eaten by Weasels which then regurgitate it, no one knows why they do this but it is then collected by locals in remote forest areas and then cleaned and roasted.

It has a unique rich chocolatey flavour and is best served as an espresso with a dash of condensed milk, just as they do in vietnam."

Anyone else tried this?

You"re admitting to actually drinking that?!   :o  Ummmmmm, no thanks.  Don"t know how anyone could, but hope you enjoyed it.

It was very nice - rich and bitter - add condensed milk to suit.

Just don"t tell me what it is beforehand and you might have half a chance.

Where did you knock across it?

I might be fighting a losing battle - but certainly worth a go ...
