Fantastic job. No one can have any complaints about not having enough notice now  :) Though typically enough I"m away when first Scottish regionals are! Oh well, just have to be ready and poised for the click-fest!

Good work guys on setting a "firm" schedule of dates, this was clearly the main issue with the first series.  I am really excited about this year.

Hopefully the turnout will do APAT justice!

Keep up the good work

Hiya folks, the new schedule looks great.  I"m a new member and was wondering what is the process for signing up for one of the apat events.  I see the first one is on sale from the 9th October, where/how do you buy in to this event.

Thank You.

I"m new aswel, and was also wondering this.

I was just looking at the Northern Championship regional legs and the Manchester one is 6th October and it says on sale direct from Casino on day of play.
But at the bottom it says
"2) Regional Championship events will hold a maximum of 80 players and start at 2.30pm."

So is this on a first come first serve basis then?
What if there is more than 80?

And it says if you come in the top 10% in a regional championship you get a seat allocation at a National event.
Does that mean a free £75 entry? and does that mean the top 10% in 1 regional leg event or do you have to be in the top 10% after all the legs?

Sorry about all the questions :-)
Thanks

Are these seats "added" to the £20 x X prize pool or deducted from it?

Are APAT ranking points awarded for Regional,National and Online tourneys?

I know the Top 9 in the Regionals get ranking points. How does the points structure work for Online and Nationals?

Thanks.

1) Members will earn between 1 and 9 ranking points for finishing in the top nine players at each of 50 Online Series events at BlueSquarePoker.com.

2) Players will earn between 1 and 9 ranking points for finishing in the top nine players at each of 67 Regional Championship events.

3) Players will earn between 1 and 18 ranking points for finishing in the top 18 players at each of 7 National Championship events. The remaining National events will be non ranking due to their invitational or one day structure.

They all started at 2:30pm in season 1.  It"ll be similar for season two (as a guess).

How do you go about getting a seat for regional dates, if only 80 places surely is going to be vastly oversubsribed. I will have an hours drive to nearest venue and dont want to travel knowing if iam going to get a place. If you have to que at the venue, surely only locals will get a seat ???
