Try not to lose your love for the game, if it becomes a chore stop, rethink and return when you feel happy.

Good advice , recharge/rest,  play your fav gme and slowly put the gremlins to rest.

A different times the following seem to have helped me:

a. Slow down, give it your total "A game" (I feel that this can be a little difficult sometimes online, due to the sheer number of tourneys u can play - with alot of distractions)

b. Try freshening things up a bit - why not try HU/6 handed/ or another poker game altogether??

c. Go UP the stakes. Yes I did say UP. You may find it increases your concentration and kicks in your A game, but also the players at higher stakes may understand (interpret differently?) some of the moves u make - in comparison to lower level players. I actually find it easier playing $100 + tourneys than $10 stakes.

d. Take a break and play Live poker only for a period.

funny you say this, the missus has been giving me stick lately saying i should be moving up the levels again. ???

well last night i did try a higher MTT than i usually do,  guess what ;D

i went on to win it, very nice thanks. :o it did tend to bring out the A game and aid in concentration.
Poker is like life, some you win some you loose. but never bluff as sooner or later you will be found out.

Be careful if you play above your bankroll for any length of time though.  A run of "variance" and your roll can be obliterated.

This goes back abit.

It"s strange that you should bring this post up, I"m on a stinker of a run, the worst of my poker career. I won (split 3 ways) at the Team Champ in stoke (side event) since then not one cash live or online, and before then I was going through a dry spell. So in answer to your question NO  :"(

Taking a break for the summer so you wont be seeing me on the tables (unless APAT comes to Yorkshire  ;))

You must have plenty of time on your hands to back 7 yeras of posts
