get up go for a 12 mile run b4 i have a nice bowle of porrage and a apple for breakfast then go to the local libary to see if they have any books on 18th century monks off Tibet then i will be popping down the local church to do a spot off brass rubbing then at night i belive that there is a very good line dancing comp on with some off the great dancers it should be fun then off to bed with a hot chocolate ready for the sunday and a day off poker

Nottingham Forest are at home that Saturday, to local rivals Derby. I can"t believe not more people suggested going to this on the saturday. It"s not very often I get the chance to see a double european cup winning team play at a live game so I"ll probably take a trip there after ending day 1a as chip leader
