championship event
« on: August 11, 2007, 19:08:54 PM »
can anyone tell me why the championship event (sunday)has been moved forward 2 hours from the normal start time?

the structure and chips are the same as any other event so why the early kick off that will surely damage the numbers taking part as people struggle to get home from a day with the family

I think it has taken into account that people have work the next day. Well generally speaking anyway....

6 o"clock is a struggle for me, I am going ot have to take my laptop to the inlaws, and play till I get knocked out in the front room.

I think the logic is so that it finishes earlier, as Jimmy said - most have work the next day.

Good idea in my book.

Tournament number: 55904079

Or it can be found under Tourney / Special and is called APAT WCOAP $55 NLHE Main Event.
