Well played Derek - looks like I fired you up when I ran my  4c :2c: into your  td tc early on and you doubled me up  ;D

You were playing a really solid game on table 6, and didn"t seem to put a foot wrong.

Well done and congratulations

well put steve. It was certainly a tough table.
Very well done Derek

Congratulations to all the medallists, and everybody else that cashed.

Thank you to Alan, Brian and all the Welsh lads for making me feel so welcome at my first live APAT event.  (And for letting me take your money in last man standing bet.  ;D I owe you all a drink at the next live event I"m at.)

Thanks for all the support I got at the final table, from people I didn"t know.  And thanks to Dan for reminding me 20 times about the hand I lost with.  :)

An excellent weekend all round.

Alan

After the thread with the "3 players who will make final" comp was deleted, Tighty made it a "pick 1 of the last 25 to win a medal".

Davy and I picked George Dickson. Can"t find the post about the comp now, but the winner gets a seat at the English Amatuer champ without going thru" the clickfest.

Anyone find the original post?

That"s fine Neil, that post was made part way through the new day one thread.  Let us know before the clickfest for the English event if you want to use your option.

Cheers,

Des.
