Well played Charles, now for the GUKPT mate  :)

Special congrats to Foggy and Ant -  a damn good day for the midlands between the 3 of you!!

Thx Duncan and to everyones kind words of congratulation for what is no doubt my poker highlight. Waking up this morning I had to really pinch myself!

What a fantastic weekend, superbly run by Des, Richard, Tony, Leigh and the rest of the team, these events clearly do not run themselves, these guys worked like Trojans!

Special mention to everyone at DTD, its simply the best where else would you rather play?

Last but no least my fellow final tablers, I have made a few in the past but this one was truly memorable for the camaraderie, wit and good grace of everyone. Special mention to Ant with whom I seemed to tangle throughout the tourney and to Jamie who took the most savage bad beat with great dignity, I was humbled!

I have played a few APAT's over recent times but this whole weekend, the Omaha, Main event and railing the HORSE was simply my best poker experience. Roll on Bolton hope I can get a seat there!

Charles....

Well done all, was great fun.

I did run really hot in general, had more beats than suckouts though I think. Cracked QQ with T7 when at half starting stack on day one and KK with AQcc for 70k, KK with AJ for 200k. Think that"s the only beats I gave, nothing post. Oh and K6 vs 55 for 70k

Lost QQ vs 44 for 240k, A9 vs KT for 140k, AK Vs Q9 for 300k, 99 Vs KQ for 700k, 88 vs JQ for 600k.

But yeah no complaints from me obviously, I ran super hot for the vast majority of the tournament. Was great fun, the atmosphere at APAT is unlike anything else I"ve played and I can"t recomend it enough.

WP to the champ, unlucky Jamie.

Just arrived home from Nottingham, had a fantastic time. DTD really sets the standard for Poker rooms, an absolute joy to play there. If this is the future of Poker then  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

APAT yet again pull out all the stops to cater for its members, thanks so much Des, Richard, Leigh and the rest of the team, you have us well and truly spoiled. My only disappointment is that I don"t get to enough events :(

What can i say, quite humbled by the support, massive thank you to you all it was very much appreciated.

Not one for long posts but i"m going to try and put some sort of "trip" report together on quite an unreal
weekend for myself (after i have caught up on some sleep),still trying to get an angle on the £2k ladertastic
hand that had everyone in the casino talking and comming to me with there own thoughts on.It was a tough one,
believe you me!

Congrats to the FT-ers and the awesome top 3.

Very special thanks to Des, Tighty, Leigh and DTD"s Mark for a superbly well-run poker event with slick table balancing, smooth table closures, and finger-on-the-pulse Forum updates for home railers.

The whole event was immensely enjoyable, with a great atmosphere for some serious amateur poker.

Brilliant job APAT and DTD! THANK YOU   ;)

Superb weekend of poker.

Many congrats to those that went deep and particularly the last three. Thrilling conclusion to a great tournament.

APAT just gets better and better. ;D

Well done again Ant. I was cheering you all the way (honest) despite having £5 EW on Jamie.

Looking forward to the TR

Yea it was a great game on the sunday - limping was pretty much banned which is always a good thing :)  Was good to meet u and witness u being a sicko and catching a 10!!  I def thot he had AK, but he was just a sicko who shoved 2x pot w/ top 2.  Weird spot.

I dedicated a lot of my time to the 1/1 PLO game but I played appaulingly bad on the Sunday so it was for the best to go and play H/E and blow off some steam.

hmmmmmm and you didn"t catch any two outers on the river of course!!  Difference is, mine is probably forgotten by now - your"s will probably be dragged into conversation on the Sky Open some time soon :)
