Indeed looks as if many many people had payment issues....

For a well used payment processor, they seem to have some load issues...

Anyway I can go to sleep happy now!!! Thought my 12 hour working day had ended in a mare!

Cheers Des! They say you can"t judge an organisation until things go wrong... Well, something went wrong, and APAT prevailed as always :)

hi my partner had problems with her card as well but happily we both got through :D :D :D although she has still to pay! does anybody know if she has to pay on the day or beforehand  thanks

A company called "American charity for the blind" tried debiting £0.06 of my account which Halifax automatically detects as a "taster" to see if the account still exists. If so it then debits a huge amount more. I"d never heard of the company so yeh..

However, this happened a week ago and no one from Halifax told me. I"ve been using my card in shops and they said apparently it only tells the system to alert the customer once the card is used online again...!

Is it me or does something seem amiss in that system haha!
