5 - WHAT IS YOUR POKER BACKGROUND?

Started playing during the 2nd series of Late Night Poker, an eternity ago whilst living in Glasgow with my first wife. I lost my job up there and loved cards so much I decided to train as a croupier at the Riverboat on Broomielaw,as without an income I saw this as my only way of continuing to play cards. I did this for a short time, split up with the 1st wife and moved back down to England and started playing live poker again at Grosvenor Ramsgate (now G Casino Thanet) and met some other enthusiasts who I still play with today.

Had a 2nd place finish in a £10.00 rebuy at Brighton Rendezvous to Mel Lofthouse in 2004, doesnt sound like much but I pocketed a monkey! (well supported tournies) and bubbled the medals for the APAT English on-line championship 2009, coming 4th. Recently cashed in 13th place at the European open at Luton and achieved a bronze medal during the pot limit omaha world online. Woop woop!
