Did any have problems on Monday night when stars froze ?
They have set up a process to claim a refund but they are not saying how much we are getting and how they are working it out. Working out refunds is going to be complex.
Does anyone have any ideas on how they should go about it ?
For example my screen froze after over two hours play in the 12k mtt turbo near the money with a above average stack size. The field was about 6700 runners top 810 paid i got blinded out 901st.
The buy in was only $5 but what can we expect as a general rule of thumb for refunds in this situation ?
