from the GUKPT blog -

"These four have adopted a very serious demeanour.  Mind you, I haven't seen Darren Annis smile once since Thanet.

The one major confrontation has been preflop with Colin flat calling from the button and Darren raising it up only for Colin to dwell for a minute and move all-in.  Darren got out of the way.

Chris Brammer is commanding the most respect.  He is current chip leader on 340k.  Nobody wishes to tangle with him."

ummmmmmmm just looked back at the blog for latest update and saw the following... "Steve makes the initial raise to 15 and re-raised by Chris to 45k.  Darren moves in for 125k and Chris "I have to call".  Chris with Q9 but up against QQ's of Darren."

Then looked at the live stream and Mr Brammer isn"t there any more.

Oops.  nice run though Chris.

further update:

It's all gone pear-shaped for Chris.  He's left with 70k after doubling up Colin Wu.

On a flop of QT7 and Chris bets 30k and Colin calls.  Chris bets 50k as the 6 falls on the turn and Colin moves in.  Chris is ahead with KQ and Colin with 9T second pair and a gutshot.  The river brings an EIGHT and a straight for Colin.

Then Colin does for Chris for the final time when the latter calls all-in from the BB with QT and in seemingly good shape against Colin's Q3, until:

First card out is a THREE then 5 then TEN, BUT

the turn is another THREE and the river blanks, sending Chris off home £7,500 richer.
