Congrats to Team APAT, and to Billy on the individual win. I was pretty gutted to get knocked out in 6th, but looking back now I"m pleased with how I played over the 2 days, especially as I didn"t see AA, KK or QQ all tournament!

Thanks to Des and Tighty again, another fantastic event. Poker isn"t designed to be a team event but it can work and APAT have proved that beyond any doubt.

Thanks to Leigh for picking me to represent APAT, it was a great honour and I"m very pleased to been a part of it all. Thanks also for all the support on the forum, it really helped knowing you were railing.

Congratulations to Billy on the individual win.

Congratulations to David, amazing comeback from a very short stack earlier on. Your teammates railing was fantastic (although the singing needs some work!).

Congratulations also to Johnel, would be great to meet up with you again at future APAT events.

Finally thanks to all my APAT teammates. We all played a significant part and supported each other throughout. I can honestly say that I would have been out of the tournament much earlier if I was not playing for the team. A fantastic end to Season 3.

Now Des - season 4 ? Is it coming soon?

Just to echo Marty"s and LionO"s comments from team NI.

Although the wheels came off a bit abrubptly for us on day 2 lol, think we did ourselves a decent showing and we took the pain away from everyone else - someone"s gotta finish 4th heh heh

Was great craic all weekend, met new friends and some poker players I"d choose to avoid on tables ;).

Congrats to all the winners and to Tighty on a spectacular entrance.....to the hall of fame!!

Converstion of the weekend

Steve Redfern: "Well Marty, good weekend?"

Marty: "Pretty much the worse weekend of my life, but apart from being first team member out of the tournie, losing just about all my money in the cash, being almost completely broke, life"s sweet "

Steve : "LoL, Sweet" and pulls up a seat ;)

Thoroughly enjoyed weekend, many thanks to all who made that happen.

p.s. Slight artistic license - was all done and said in the best possible taste lol

A big thanks from the NPF for an excellent and very exciting tournament. All played and ran in good sporting spirits and never heard hardly a bad word said all weekend. Some great people there although preferred the Blackpool venue much better.
Role on May 1st for the NPF Team game ;D ;D

Good luck to all we met for 2010 and hope to see alot of you again around the UK at events.

Well done to Billy "Matasou" from PL for taking down the individual prize and very well done to Team APAT on the team winners.

To all the NPF team and railers - you did us proud especially point scorers Mr Cardguard, Seam Mcguiggan & the star showing by Jimmy Chipmunk Dobbs!!!!!!

I wanted to come on here and say a huge and massive thanks to everyone at APAT.  A fantastic two days.  It didnt go so well for my team, but in the end it didnt matter.  We could all have gone out in the first 5 minutes and still had a great time.

Its a joy to see so many people making one heck of an atmosphere.  From the action on the main tables to the little electronic side action we saw at the updates table... wouldnt have missed that introduction to Rush Poker for anything!!! Which ever team had won we could easily say "couldnt happen to a nicer bunch".

The play was great, the rail was like nothing I could ever describe properly on here and the organisation was spot on.

So thank you APAT and congratulations APAT.  Well deserved... though Fiso will be coming to get you next time  ;)
