Help needed - Name to a face

Does anyone know who he guy is sat 3 places to my left in the APAT Dublin Event?

I"m not going to put a link up directly to his picture without his permission but i am the stressed looking geezer in the 41st picture in the Day 1 Gallery and the guy in question is picture 44.

Its just that i am sure he plays at Casino in Berkshire i frequent when i am down there working and was sure i saw him at Ascot races a couple of months ago.

If the guy in question reads this..Don"t worry i"m not stalking you i"m just curious and will say hello next time i see you.

That"s Richard Davies who has made a couple of final tables at the APAT Welsh and Scottish Championships.

Still not 100% sure if it is him i saw at Reading and Ascot. :-\
