Question:

26/8 - World Amateur Team Championship - DTD, Nottingham - £100

What is the format going to be here?

"Pro League" could be great - though I cannot make Swansea.

Will rest of diary/calendar out later.

Great looking schedule.

I skim read the thread, does anyone have an idea on when all the DTD tournaments in august will be up for registration? Would like to get in quick as i am pretty sure they will sell out!

Probably the same reason it switched from Edinburgh to Aberdeen instead of Glasgow.

Venues is always a tricky part of the process. This time round opportunities for Cardiff and Glasgow became unavailable at a late stage which was down the venues not down to APAT.

Both Des and I know Aspers Swansea, who will do an excellent job

Hear good things about G Aberdeen too. The alternative would have been Dundee. IMO that would have been trickier to get to than Aberdeen

Have to agree that Aspers, Swansea is a good venue.
As its in the main drinking area of Swansea, a Saturday night after the Wales vs Italy rugby should prove to be interesting!

Firstly congratulations for all your hard work in securing a new sponsor ,and a great season 4 schedule ,if you dont stay in the north of england or central scotland. Imo the national venues are very biased towards central england(understandable as most apat players come from this area).This is not sour grapes,but i am totally underwelmed,especially having the scottish in Aberdeen.Also why the spanish tournament on 8/1 2011,just after xmas/new year when money is tight and most people have just gone back to work.
Sorry to all who work so hard for apat,for no financial gain ,but this is the first time in 3 years i have felt compelled to vent my feelings.
