I"m not Canadian, but my favourite sport is hockey.  Does that qualify me? Sort of like how you can get into the Rep. of Ireland team if you drink Guinness. Also my Grand Father on my Mother"s side looks a bit like a moose.

How does liking this -

make you Canadian?  ;D

What the hell is this anyway. It sure as hell isnt hockey. It looks like an event that was added for people who couldnt compete with Countrys who actually have snow. Looks like Laccrosckey, and do you have to be a sexual minority to play it??

Ok fair enough Laxie, Thought it might be nice if this time the Americans had a chance for a Gold Medal.. 3-2 Goooooold

If I have to jump ship, I"m afraid I still wouldn"t be playing for ye.  Full Irish as a back up, so I"d play for them if they"ll have me.  Luckily we"re talking poker and not hockey, so there"s a chance for us.   ;)

The team event is usually a Non Playing Captain + 4 players, although some of the countries will have a playing captain due to having to travel to get to the event and it"s harsh for a captain to travel and not play.

Mr. Redfern, I was wondering how long it would take to get a message from you. Yea, your right, bad call. Must have been cause I was so nervous playing a pot against the Uk Champion, wont happen again..In all seriousness though mate, your a hard player and I enjoyed being at the table with you. Take care and Ill see you on the tour..
