Suzanne and I were on the phone to each other and both watching/waiting for the 9pm registration at the top of the lobby list, but nothing appeared. "WTF? I was yelling." Suddenly Suz said, "it must be further down" and  ... bingo ... she got in at #87. By the time I found it and clicked like a banchee, "no more room in tourney" appeared. BOOOOO! I tried again and again, and was cursing over the blower when Suz yelled "it was 90 and now down to 89. Quick! Click!" So I did and woop woop woop, I got the 90th spot that someone took then withdrew. Oh happy day! Thank you "mystery unregisterer"!

Just hope some more amateur seats becomes available.
Increase the prize pool from top 9 to top 20 or so

I think you can still accidentally unregister . Surely they should now fix it so that you can"t !!

I was lucky enough to get a seat. Can someone tell me what happens now? Do I just turn up at Aspers with my shades   and give my Betfair alias? Do I need some sort of ID to take my seat? I"m already a member at Aspers, so no problem getting in.

Betfair will have your full name from your registration with them. They can match this up with your username and pass this on to APAT. A player list and briefing will be published before the event.

APAT will pass the player list to Aspers and check you off on the day.

The prize pool will be passed on to Aspers to payout in cash.
