Fantastic !

In our home game on Saturday night we saw a Royal Flush, unfortunately the recipient didn"t get paid as much as he was hoping  :D

In six and a half years of playing live poker I"ve only ever seen 2.

I"ve never seen one live. Best hand I"ve seen is 4ofk Aces. I did have two in the same online MTT a while back. It was limit and the river bet wasnt called on either...i showed both though.

Been playing (online mostly) for about three years and have yet to see one or have one myself.

Sometimes wonder if I should start playing JQs more often?

Ditto, except nearly 2 rather than about 3.

I have, however managed to knock myself out of at least half a dozen tournaments when I"ve been on a Royal Flush draw (it"s a leak in my game, I know, but it"ll go away after I finally get one :) )

Know what you mean Jon. Just went out of a tourney sitting 7th out of 18 left. Get dealt Kd7h in big blind all check. flop 10JAd. I check chip leader goes all-in and as I"ve never had a royal I call. He shows 2 pair and the turn and the river are both spades. One day please one day. Sometimes it feels like a monkey on your back.

I"ve seen 1 online. Never live.
And I"ve had a K high straight flush online.

Best hand I"ve had live is quad 5"s.

I once lost a reasonable sized pot online cash when I had K8 OS in BB and flop came  kc  ks 8d. Slowplayed it to milk it for its worth, turn came  tc, river came  ac.  After I pushed all in other played turned over  jc qc.  Fell into a catatonic state when I saw his cards  ;)

have had a royal online and didn"t get paid

best live was a wheel flush and got paid handsomely by a nut flush (except it wasnt - you know what i mean) and a straight.

All i needed was 2 boats to pay me and I could have called myself "James Bond"!!

I hit one on a Poker Stars play money table when I was learning the game, but didn"t know how to show it. Guess what? No one believed me!

Even nicer to hit it on the flop. It had to be at Pokerstars though!
