Please use this thread to discuss any questions or queries you may have regarding using the Betfair Poker Software.

I"m sure between all of the APAT forum users, we should be able to answer most stuff.

This will also make a good place for the Betfair Poker team to pick up feedback from our members.

This is a badbeat free zone.

Please go and spend your 50p elsewhere if you have a story to tell.

Oh i have a goodie if they are going to hopefully be viewing this thread.

Tell em to fix the glitch when you fold your cards, I have the option to view folded cards, sometimes it works, most of the time it doesn"t....fix that glitch purty pls.

I find that it doesn"t show if you tick the fold box before it comes round to you.

Soooooooooooo stop folding and get a bit of aggression going

It"s a good job we have Ger with his technical knowledge to sort these problems.

I guarantee he can point the finger at "user error" for every question anyone posts about it being the software.

Opened my account with betfair and asking me to verify my age lol ( been a long time since I"ve been asked that

) anyway did what I had to do but still the same, guy phoned me this morning and I"ve had to send in a photo of my passport on an email today or my account will be frozen, pain in the bum ! Anyone else had this problem, just hope its ok for next week

I got the same but they verified me with a £2 credit card transaction into my account

I"ve just opened a betfair account and tried to deposit funds using a paysafe card but betfair never displays the page on which you enter your details so I have been unable to deposit funds. The "contact us" page is useless as it just suggests answers but never lets you actually "contact us". Anyone else having similar problems or any suggestions? Cheers.

We"ll be introducing a friendly Betfair representative into the community from next week guys, so I"m sure he will be able to respond on a lot of the general queries.

APAT structures will be as per last season and we"ll post them up ahead of events.
