I have the same problems. I managed to import hand histories from FullTilt and PS when I downloaded the trial 9 months ago but, even after trawling Google in search for answers to the problems I was having with BlueSq, found out only that they save HH as .xml files which need to be converted to .txt before they can be imported.

If you have more time, patience and knowledge than me, try these links:

The only resource you"ll need is the support forum on the PokerTracker website - http://www.pokertracker.com/forum/

It"s pretty well structured and some one has probably already asked your question. If not, ask away and Pat (the guy who wrote the program) will answer, usually within an hour or so... depending on the time of day.
