Just about to register for the regional at the London Vic. Before I do, do I need to have joined APAT (with a membership number or something) or can I just be anybody ringing up to book a place?

by becoming a member of the forum - you are already a member.
just give them a call, ask for the card room. you only need to give them your name!

Any ideas as to how many have pre-registered for Newcastle?
The Newcastle - Sunderland match is being played at 12:45 so could be expecting a poor showing!
Anyone heard anything?

Ok confussion at an APAT event ! getting used to it now. ::)

G Vic London filling up fast, once you become a member of that casino you can park for FREE. :o

Sir Percival says that even if you pre-registered its still first come first serve ? Just to make sure I pre-registered and I am gonna get there for 12pm to make sure I get a seat and a parking space. ;)

Self deal thats a shame, but enjoyed Leg 1 told my poker buddys. 10 of us are now going, I think APAT is gonna be huge ! :o

Pre-registering ? not convinced just caused more confussion, people no where they stand you turn up early you get a seat. I can see a few people turning up late after pre-registering thinking there seat is safe. :P

Hopefully make it to the buffett this time ! lol asarge come say hello I am the fat bloke with glasses and friends lol  8)

Good luck to all  ;D

SHUFFLE UP AND DEAL !!!!  :D

I"ve just called Newc and it would be fair to say that there hasn"t been as good a response to pre-registering as we had expected. This is obviously due to the footy.

If you"re not bothered about the footy and live next door to the casino (no midday traffic to worm through!), this could be a great chance to get your hands on medal!!! It could also be your best chance of taking part in a majority female tourney!

So that"s the WBO, the Premier League and asarge"s five-a-side team that APAT have to consult when posting Season 3"s fixtures  :)

Surely if you pre-register your seat is safe. For intance I"ve reserved a seat at Luton, told to turn up and pay by 1.30pm. I assume if more than 80 people pre-book then they will start a reserve list and if you havent turned up and paid by 1.30pm your place will be given to a reserve?

It will be interesting to see how people can pay by 1:30pm at Luton given that at the last regional we weren"t allowed through the inner doors and onto the gaming floor until 2pm.

Just a quick note for anyone pre-registering for Cardiff,

they are now taking pre-registrations as previously stated, but I forgot to mention that the casino opens at 2:00, pre=registered people must be there and paid for by 2:30 for a 3:00 tournament start.

Cheers guys, good luck to all who are playing in regionals this Saturday.

David.
