Hmm not sure how aware the casinos are that you can reserve your seat this week. I was in Plymouth yesterday and the card room bloke didn"t seem to know anything about it.

I can imagine it will be another self dealt tournie with buy-ins only accepted on the day.

Anyone know the earliest you can buy-in?

Brighton opens at 2pm so it"s going to be difficult to pay for it by 1.30 :)

A communique went out to all the hosting Grosvenors yesterday with all this info on, from Head Office

Accepting there are likely to be communication teething problems, or some time before the news filters through to the cash desks, this is why I say when you ring up to reserve, double check at your venue when the deadline for paying for a reserved seat is, on the day itself

I"ve just tried calling Edinburgh and Newcastle - the two casinos I assume I will be asked to oversee - for info on pre-registration for this weekend.

Grosvenor Newcastle - I was advised to call back at 6:30/7pm

Gala Edinburgh - I was asked to call back around 6pm.

I"ll keep you all posted ...

Ditto Walsall.  The girl who answered the phone told me I couldn"t register over the phone, but to do it online at BlueSQ (not a bad guess from her!).  She said best to phone later when the card-room supervisor is in.

Which is what I"ll do!

Neither the phone answerer nor the cash desk at Luton know anything about it yet.

Brighton have suggested calling back at 7 when the card room opens.

Just spoken to Colleen " She is well fit in it"
Oh yeah and I registered, which is a good do, as I don"t have to be there before the doors open.
