TY, I saw this earlier too, i didnt think i"d be that high up.. but a good start with 5 to go!

Registered last night, but didn"t play as wanted to support the local pub"s new redtooth poker league..which I didn"t even know about until they refurbished the place! (don"t think I"ll be returning though.)

But checked the latest tables, and no real damage down..8th in table before and now 13th on 101 points.

I did the same as you Waz as I was out Monday night, it"s a little more crowded further down and i"ve dropped from 29 to 39th. I"m also prbably only able to play 2 of the remaining 4!!

But more to the Point I have just had an email from Interpoker and it turns out this week"s winner, jetting straight into the live final, was our very own Jokin161 / Joker161.

I think the mag just says TBA about the final......I was trying to find out what the top 30 finished with last year in order to qualify...

Thanks! I hope the live final isn"t in early August - holiday booked.

I also came 3rd in that "World Cup" freeroll the previous day. The live event is on the 6th June and I fly back from Vegas arriving at 7am on that day having (probably) had no sleep. Could be interesting! Also, I have to wear the national dress of Algeria! Not sure that will fit in the luggage!
