final table has holecams, but they haven"t been used for any live feeds for obvious reasons.

if anyone caught tv coverage of English Open for example, you can see that they were used for edited coverage afterwards
Looking forward to making my first day 2

I"m pretty sure it has the capacity for hole-cams.

I"m also pretty sure they won"t be used.

Have you asked, or, are you just guessing?

If I recall correctly from the two times I"ve played on the feature table at DTD, it has several plexiglass/plastic sections dotted about near the seats.

If they"re not so that the right tv people can put cameras underneath them for hole-cams then they"re a really bad design feature (the first "pretty sure" is just because I can"t always rely on my memory to recall anything correctly :) )

The second "pretty sure" is because I"m just guessing - that"s my people reading skills I"m using there  :D

final table has holecams

Thanks for the correction. I suspect that there will be a number of "featured" tables (usually 2-3) but I doubt that holecam will be used...although, I suppose, we could ask that they are recorded (if they have that capability).

Trouble is getting everyone to use them.

tbh, from the few final tables i have played at DTD, the glass windows are a pain in the rear as i find it difficult to gather my cards from them.

i would imagine using the hole-cams for the APAT comps would be a huge resource

blatant brag - Dean has been on final tabls at DTD - post!!

Agree though - they are a complete pain!!

that said, it would be interesting to play a game on there, then watch it back afterwards with all cards available to see.

i have a question about the final day ,

I see that DTD are not normally open on a Mon ,so was wondering ,is there any DTD tourneys planned for the Mon for everyone that i am sure will be railing the main event.
I know we dont fly back till the Tues so would be nice to know we could get a game on the Mon night.

See my confidence there in making the cut for day 2 lol

I suspect that they might put something on but there will always be SNG"s and cash games.

You"d have to check the holding tanks but I think mostly not.

I recall a couple of 6-Max seats being offered in the Seat Exchange though

i don"t know what the max amount of players for the stud is but there is only 30 takers for that tournament, there are 30 seats for the day 1a of the main event left.

Plenty of Stud seats left, but the holding tanks for both days of the main event are currently full.
