Is the guy who started in seat 108 still in? I"m cheering him on, even though he knocked me out!

Hey Dave,

Just signed up here as I wanted to see snaps. Kept climbing until my 10 9 ran intos 85 on a 985 board. Should have made the pass. Nevermind. Please kill me, worst weekend ever! Phone nicked yesterday, knocked out tonight, car doesn"t start, can"t get in my house! ZZzzzzz :)

Nice meeting you mate, sorry I couldn"t treble you up and take the AQ sidepot ;)

GG all :)

22 left, and there"s 20 minutes left on the clock.

Carl Walker has been eliminated in 23rd by Jon Spinks, A-J vs 10-10, the tens held.

And we"re in the money! Sadly, the gentleman who was eliminated in 22nd has left the building with his number, and nobody knew who he was. So we don"t have a name! We think it"s Neil though.

The next person out will receive 75 quid...and that is Ralph "Karabiner" Stanson, eliminated in 21st.

We"re done for the day. Chip counts will be up when we get them. See you all tomorrow for the final day!

That bloody Rob Swindells getting knocked out early, eh? I dare say he played it perfectly :)

Any chance you can keep us updated on Tony "One Leg" Curran, please? Quads, nice.

Far from perfect burkey.......flopped a set in BB. played it far too cute and let guy catch up to make a straight. I was gutted because I always come out firing here. I know I"m not good enough to lay monsters down so why did I slow play??

Well done to the guy who busted me.

Thanks to APAT for another memorable (but brief) experience. Cant wait for the next one in manc.

As for this one I"ll be rooting for "Tankman" Dan. He probably doesn"t know me, but I"ve played on his table a couple of times in the past. good player. TID!!

A big thanks again to the APAT team for another great event. Really enjoyed the day for the poker and the banter. Nice to see some die hard APAT"ers as well as many new faces.

For those that know the Dublin story  - Ian, for the first time, outlasted Cazz!!! I even heard he managed to outlast the guy that never turned up and was blinded out just after the dinner break. (Of course my last longest bet held up and I look forward to collecting on that one  ;D)

Thanks for the support from Mrs Sir_Percival, GrannyO, Jacklevel and Nosey. Much appreciated. :)

Special thanks to "tracey tracey" for not scratching my new car as promised  ;)

Good luck to all who made it to Day 2

Well what a day, a 2 and half hour drive that turned out to be 5!! Got there an hour late to find big Carl and Kinbo on my table and felt like I was playing catch up all day. Never got above my starting stack before crashing out at about 9 oclock when an allin push with Jacks met Queens. Oh well at least the motorway will be clear at this time of night. Oh no another accident another car park on the M6, 2and half hour drive became 4!!!
But the tourney was well run, the buffet good, and some good folk, well done Des and the team, hope to see you all in Manchester.
Good luck you guys who are left.
