Player Briefing Final event details for players entered in the Scottish Amateur Poker Championship on 19th-20th June 2010, and the third leg of the APAT Professional League are as follows:

CASINO REGISTRATIONWill be available at the venue.
Anyone who wishes to enter the Casino must produce a Valid Passport, Photographic Driving Licence or Bank Card with a recent utility bill on their first visit.

Players can leave the venue after registration but we encourage you to be back in your allocated seats by 2.45pm (for a 3pm start). However, it is not obligatory to be in your seat at the start of the events.
Please note that any friends or family members that wish to accompany you into the Casino will also have to become a Casino member also.
IDENTIFICATIONPlease bring a valid Passport or Drivers License. Your guests will also need to bring a similar proof of identity.
If you cannot present valid identification to the Casino, you will not be allowed to enter the premises.
ENTRY FEEThe buy in for the Amateur Championship is £81.60 (in line with package price on Betfair) and a registration fee will not be charged.
The buy in for the Professional League is £272 (in line with package price on Betfair) and a registration fee will not be charged.
SCHEDULEAmateur Championship
This event will run over two days. Play commences at 3pm on the Saturday.
Play is expected to finish at around 1.00am on day one. Players left in will return for a 2.30pm start on Sunday, with the final expected to finish around 10.00pm that evening.
Due to the nature of tournament Poker, end of day timings are estimated.
Professional League - Pot Limit Holdem
This event will run on Sunday from 2.30pm, to a finish. Single Table Satellites will run on the Saturday for the Professional League event, subject to dealer availability
FIELDThe Amateur Championship field will consist of up to 120 players plus alternates during the first two levels.
The Professional League event will be capped at a maximum of 50 players.
PRIZESThe prize pool breakdown will be confirmed at the Casino when the final number of runners in each event is reached.
The winner of the Amateur Championship and Professional League events will win an entry to a GUKPT main event and the top three finishers will win Gold, Silver and Bronze medals.
The Winner of the Amateur Championship event will also win the Scottish Amateur Championship trophy.
Alternates will be allowed the opportunity to take part during the first two levels of the Amateur Championship event.
Please note that all entrance fees will be paid out in prize money. APAT will not retain any fee for running this event for our members.
BUFFETFood will be provided to all Saturday players during the day.
PRESSThe events will be streamed live on APAT tv over the weekend. In addition, Journalists from a number of Poker magazines and a photographer will be present on both days. We hope to feature a number of images from the tournament on our website and in APAT Magazine after the event.
By entering this tournament you accept that your image may be used in APAT TV, press and marketing campaigns.
LIVE UPDATETechnology allowing, APAT intend to run a live update on the event and we will be posting player pictures and chip counts throughout the weekend. Feel free to tell your friends and family, who can follow your progress on the forum. Guests will need to register on the forum to see pictures from the event. Registration is free.

CANCELLATIONSOnce a seat has been sold, refunds will not be made.
Players will be able to utilise the APAT Seat Exchange board to trade their seat at the face value.
