WCOAP: DTD - Unregistering Issues

I"m looking to unregister from the event but it won"t let me on betfair? I have a day 1b seat, what can I do?

If you satellited in, then you will not be able to unregister and will need to put your seat up on the seat exchange board.

If you bought in direct, the please contact Betfair support as to why you cannot unregister.

Nope and it"s not "allowed" under APAT's rules either. The seat exchange is your oyster.

Bob,

If you bought in direct and then won a satellite, Betfair shoudl refund you your direct buyin and ensure you are entered into the correct day that you want.

If you have a problem with the support, drop me a pm with all the details and I will go direct to get it sorted.

If he cant unregister looking for a day1b seat as I stupidly booked a holiday to Gran canaria and now dont get back until late on the 28th August.
