hi there sorry, I received word back from daveyt86 and sent him a message requesting confirmation as to payment, I then emailed customer@apat.com, unfortunately I do not know where I stand now as I have had no reply back from either APAT or daveyt86 as to confirmation and payment...

The seller should email customer@apat.com confirming that they have sold you the seat.

I think they will need your real name (& perhaps Betfair ID) because that"s the name that will be sent to DTD.

I don"t close threads unless someone confirms that the sale has gone through.

Has the SELLER emailed APAT and gotten confirmation?

Then again, the email support team is a very small team and I suspect most of them have been quite busy with proper jobs (you know..ones that pay) in the interim.

I"d chase the seller.

Have still not received payment for my main event ticket, and have had no response in days now regarding any payment coming my way. I"m going to the USA for two and a half weeks on Friday evening and want this sorted. Many thanks.
