Not sure why it"s dropped this year.  Maybe there was an "APAT lull" with the last "National" being in Estonia and not as well represented by English players and there wasn"t as much attention surrounding the event?  Possibly also a correlation between the summer holidays and the application period - or even the dates the event is on?

Best of luck to Brian and the team.  I"m sure you"ll do far better than Capello and his squad.  Bring it home!!
