Phil is now up to 8k

Ger is still around 10k

Matt is on around 25k

Gary is around 20k

Don L is around 5k and shoving

Don R is on around 15k

Chen is on around 20k

7 out of the 9 UK players are still in which is good.

In other news;

Ari Pakarinen is turning out to be quite a character and is now on around 30k, I was playing against him last night as well.

He asked me for a side bet for him to make final table, I politely declined and said he should have taken it earlier when he was short.

Looks like a great venue, a nice town, some of the pics from around Tallain are really nice, almost as nice as the pictures of the event in fact.

Go on the APATer"s

Matthew Ward, Stu Ward"s younger and tighter brother

12 pocket pairs so far today, 25,000 chips

Might make them last a while!

Don L has almost doubled through open shoving with AK and getting called by KK

UK players seem to have the luck today as an Ace on the turn gives him the win and eliminating a player.

Don on around 10k again.

Ger Smyth gets J-10 suited in against Aces

He raises to 1,200

Re-raised to 3,000

Ger shoves for 6,000 total

Called

(the fella"s already getting up lol, even though he has Aces!)

Here we go then

Top set on the flop for Aces, middle pair and flush draw for Ger...two pair on the turn

the river....

Gerard Smyth up to 12,000

Oppo took it well to be fair

The walrus is happy.

And now he is most definitely audible across the poker room.

All I know is that he has drunk a few Coq"s
