Cheltenham Gold Cup day on Friday to look forward to and the drunken mess that is a day out with my mates, so i"m looking for a bit of help to cover the majority of races. I always do a yankee from 4 horses through the day, this year of course will be no exception, but the first 4 Friday tips on this page will decide where my money goes for a change, and believe me this couldn"t possibly be any worse than my own previous attempts over the years so you"re all doing me a favour!

Cheers noble - did not go well at Cheltenham punting wise (although attaglance got me slighty out of the brown stuff on Friday), however more down after the excitement of the week, was finding it difficult to get up for the uttoxeter card.  Until that is the winners started (2nd choice in the midlands national was Master Overseer and also landed a couple of rugby bets).

I have backed more winners in the last 2 hours than I did at Cheltenham all last week - funny old game this punting lark...
